My hypersensitivity

  • In the meantime I became an experience expert in hypersensitivities

  • I've had several allergy tests, which showed that I am allergic or intolerance to:
    • histamine (the substance, for example to be found in wasp venom, and in food)
    • latex (the material and also in food)
    • nuts and peanuts
    • house dust mites and animal hair
    • chrome, nickel and cobalt (metals)
    • plants, flowers, grasses and trees
    • fungi, mushrooms and toadstools

  • Further on, I experienced that I am allergic or intolerant to:
    • aggressive soap and perfume
    • penicillin
    • sour, bitter and strongly spiced food
    • sweeteners and sugars

  • Regarding to my chromosomal disorder Trisomy-X-syndrome, I recognize myself in the following symptoms:
    • emotionally vulnerable (quickly sad, hypersensitive to negative impressions)
    • often tired quickly
    • difficulties with processing much information at once
    • tendency to lose overview
    • tendency to lose control, that can turn into a feeling of fear and panic
    • tendency to hyperventilate, reduced vision, often in combination with headaches and migraines
    • hypersensitive to stress
