About me

  • I was born on August the 29th 1969 in a town in North-Holland, the Netherlands
  • I grew up with my father, my mother, 1 brother and 2 sisters
  • I was de youngest daughter and was often treated as the scapegoat child
  • In 2026 I found a (Dutch) book about scapegoating in the family, which finally provided an explanation for various memories that constantly repeated negative feelings inside me
  • I often felt different from others and often excluded; I was often ignored, bullied, mimicked, or laughed at
  • Since the diagnosis of Trisomy-X-syndrome in 2010, I have known which symptoms fall under it
  • Since both my parents passed away and I have increasingly gained perspective on my own life experiences, more and more has become clear to me and I have started breaking patterns
  • I read many books on self-development and listen to podcasts for even more courage to keep going as I have always done
  • I am incredibly proud that I have always managed to walk my own path, always sought solutions to the obstacles I encountered, and never became bitter
  • I am incredibly happy and proud that I have always managed to gain new experiences by trying and seeking challenges, such as discovering new workplaces and traveling
  • I have lived and worked in many places and believe this is a rich experience
  • I have met a tremendous number of people, which I see as a valuable addition to all my life experience
  • Since 2020, I have started focusing on coloring, among other things, which works very well for processing all kinds of situations
