- I was born on August the 29th 1969 in a town in North-Holland, the Netherlands
- I grew up with my father, my mother, 1 brother and 2 sisters
- I was the youngest daughter and was often treated as the scapegoat child
- I often felt different from others and often excluded; I was often ignored, bullied, mimicked, or laughed at
- In 2026 I found a (Dutch) book about scapegoating in the family, which finally provided an explanation for various memories that constantly repeated negative feelings inside me
- I now read even more books on self-development and listen to podcasts for even more courage to keep going as I have always done
- Since 2020, I have started focusing on coloring, among other things, which works very well for processing all kinds of situations
- Since receiving the diagnosis of Triple X syndrome, I have started to know myself better and have been increasingly able to filter which symptoms actually belong to Triple X syndrome
- After the loss of both my parents, whom I cared for with all my love, I began to articulate my treasure trove of experiences and wanted to move forward, as I had always been accustomed to doing
- There was always something holding me back and a kind of inner restlessness that I had to do something with, which led me to start breaking more and more patterns from then on
- I am incredibly proud that I have always managed to walk my own path, always sought solutions to the obstacles I encountered, and never became bitter
- I have lived and worked in many places and believe this is a rich experience
- I have met a tremendous number of people, which I see as a valuable addition to all my life experience
- I am incredibly happy and proud that I have always managed to gain new experiences by trying and seeking challenges, such as discovering new workplaces and traveling
